If you do not want to assign "[email protected]" or a user email address as sender because any email sent by that user would be lumped in with alerts/notifications from site24x7 using their email address, then you would have to create an email account specifically dedicated to alerts/reports/notifications, ex: [email protected]?

Hi Andy,
Appologies for the delayed response. You can create an email account, but that needs to be added as a subuser to be used in the sender email address field.
